Terms and Conditions

Payment in cash, credit card or approved check w/2 forms of proper ID.  All sales are final.  A 15% Buyers Premium will be added to the gavel price as part of the purchase price if payment is by credit card. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the gavel price as part of the purchase price if payment is by cash or check.  All items sold as is, where is without guarantees or warranties. All descriptions subject to error and items the day of sale take priority over printed material. Absentee bids are accepted and executed competitively with a 25% deposit.  A $35.00 administration fee will be charged to all returned checks.  A 6% Maryland sales tax applies to all purchases.  

Dealers must bring Sales & Use tax forms to each sale or tax will be charged.  We do not keep these on file from previous sales.
